Based at Jamie Oliver’s Fifteen Cornwall restaurant the Apprentice Programme aims to offer opportunities through food to young people in Cornwall in need of a second chance. Creating a range of materials to support this amazing work helped to raise the profile of the programme both amongst potential apprentices & possible supporters both practical and financial, and ensured that successful graduates leave the programme with great memories and souvenirs of their hard work.
